体检及居留许可办理指南

Physical Examination and Residence Permit

一、居留许可申请基本规定Basic Regulations for Residence Permit Application

• 持 X1 签证入境中国的国际学生，需在入境之日起 30 天内申请居留许可。申请前，申请人需提供由湖北国际旅行卫生保健中心出具的健康证明。

  International students entering China with an X1 visa must apply for a Residence Permit within 30 days of entry. Before applying, applicants must 

  provide a Health Certificate issued by the Hubei International Travel Healthcare Center.

• 持 X2 签证入境的国际学生在签证有效期内无需申请居留许可。

  International students entering China with an X2 visa do not need to apply for a residence permit during the validity period of their visa.

二、体检Physical Examination

（一）必带材料（Required Materials）

1.护照原件（Original Passport）

2.一张证件照（无钢印等标记）（1 ID photo （without official stamps or other marks））

3.体检报告原件（有效期 6 个月之内）（Original Physical Examination Certificate （if completed in your home country within the past 6 months））

4.体检费用 300 元（300 RMB Fee （if you have not done physical examination in your home country or the medical examination certificate has 

   expired.））

（二）体检地点及时间（Examination Location and Time）

• 地址（Address）：湖北省武汉市江夏区高新大道 430 号（武汉海关综合实验楼内）

                                No. 430 Gaoxin Ave, Jiangxia District, Wuhan Customs Compound

• 时间（Time）：周一至周五 8:00-11:00（Monday to Friday：8:00-11:00）

（三）结果领取（Result Collection）

两个工作日之后可领取体检结果。

You can collect the result in 2 working days.

三、办理居留许可 Residence Permit Application

（一）必带材料（Required Materials）

1.签证申请表（由 209 办公室出具）（Visa application（issued by 209 office））

2.公函（由 209 办公室出具）（Official letter （issued by 209 office））

3.住宿登记表（由 209 办公室出具）（Accommodation registration form（issued by 209 office）)

以下文件请同学们自己准备Please prepare the following documents yourself.

4.护照原件和首页复印件一份（Original passport and one copy of the first page）

5.签证页和入境章页复印件一份（One copy of the visa page and entry stamp page）

6.一张证件照（One ID photo，（without official stamps or other marks））

7.录取通知书和 JW 表复印件一份（One copy of the Admission Letter and JW form）

8.体检证明（蓝色，复印件）（Physical Examination Certificate （blue one，Photocopy））

（二）办理费用（Application Fee）

• 居留许可有效期＜365 天：400 元人民币（validity of RP＜365 days: 400 CNY）

• 居留许可有效期≥365 天：800 元人民币（validity of RP≥365 days: 800 CNY）

（三）办理地点及时间（Application Location and Time）

1.武昌（Wuchang）

◦ 地址（Address）：高新大道 777 号，高新大道与光谷四路交汇处（光谷政务服务中心）（The Optical Valley Public Service Center, No. 777 Gaoxin Road, 

                                intersection of Gaoxin Road and Guanggu 4th Road）

◦ 时间（Time）：周一至周五 9:00-12:00，13:30-17:00

                           Monday to Friday: 9:00-12:00, 13:30-17:00

2.汉口（Hankou）

◦ 地址（Address）：武汉市移民事务服务中心，江岸区金桥大道 113号长江传媒大厦（北门）（Wuhan Immigration Service Center, No. 113 Jinqiao Avenue,

◦ 时间（Time）：周一至周五 9:00-12:00，13:30-17:00

                           Monday to Friday: 9:00-12:00, 13:30-17:00 (closed on official holidays)

（四）办理周期（Processing Time）

◦ 武汉市公安局出入境管理局办理居留许可需 7 个工作日。

  Seven working days is needed for processing RP application at Exit-Entry Administration Bureau of Wuhan Public Security Bureau.
